6.6 gallon Petco Bookshelf Aquarium

I would consider something like that for my betta because he is in a vertical 5 right now, but when I gave him a 10g he stayed on half of it the whole time and rarely swam to the other side.

That is really nice, and what a pretty kitty. :)

Nice of you to provide a scenic aquatic backdrop to kittie's Facebook photo ... What? That wasn't the point?

Loving the tank. Abba is adorable. Does she have white rings around her eyes? My boy has red "eyeliner" in a cream-colored face. When he does the googly-eye thing, it cracks me up.

Woow, lots of posts. lol
1st of all, Thank you guys!
2nd yup, fuzzy lense... I tried scraping it off, but it's just so stubborn.
*I love my desk too! It's multi-purpose. It holds my stuff, my tank, and it gives my cats a private bathroom (litterbox is underneath)
*Thank's for the scaping comments, I'm not usually that good at it.
*I got it online for 39.99 on a sale. I'm not actually using the filter that came with it (I just moved hers over) and I'm using one of my older lights (higher wattage for the plants)
*Abba does indeed have a light eyeliner! nice eye, she rarely stands still enough to get a clear pic of.

And most importantly!, I love this tank. It's 24" long and bowed at 7" on the ends to 8" in the center. She loves it too. Now she has a nice track and there's a much larger surface area for gas exchange.

Edit: almost forgot, I was aware of the scratch problems before I bought it. I was careful to not scrape the decor against the sides during set-up and during first gravel-vac/water change, so no problems as of yet. If it works out as a good tank in the long run, I will invest in an acrylic scratch removal kit.

If a nano that size was for sale in this country I'd have bought it allready. This is really, really interesting!

Anyway, nice useage of flowerpots.
