I have shipped fish to South Texas in August and had it take 4 days via Priority Mail - all were just FINE when they finally got there. I use the very best shipping chemicals (NOT Bag Buddies, it only lasts 4-6 hours according to the manufacturer), and medical grade oxygen. Your fish will arrive just fine using the cheap method, so you may as well save some money.
