Got a few questions for you mate

Is that 600 US or Imp Gallons?
Whats your stand made out of?
Is it 10 or 12 mm glass?
What do you reckon the tank weighs empty?

Reason I ask is, you have 6000 Lbs or 2.72 Tonnes in water alone (based on 600 Imp Gallons)

Great looking tank, I hope you did your homework prior to sitting it up; because thats a lot of live-load. That's gotta be more than 2 tons sitting on your floor; in a relatively small area 32sqft.

Did you strengthen the framing beneath this area? Do you even know what kind of framing you have? What kind of foundation do you have beneath your home?

Most residential buildings (homes/apartments) have floor live-loads designed at around 40psf - you've got almost 4x that. Not even considering what kind of foundation + soil you have. Hope you don't experience any settling or worse yet catastrophic failure.
