Durso standpipes are very good in my opinion, and you can always add the gurglebuster mod to it to reduce noise.

That's what I use and have used before it was ever named anything. Works great, is silent, and allows you to get more realistic amounts of water through a bulkhead. Just be sure no large debris can make its way down there. Granted, mine is slightly different, since I don't need or worry about needing a stand pipe. My sump can handle the added volume.
