But r they still very hard to keep?
I know they need a ph of less than 7 and great water conditions.
I have a Ph of ~6.8-7.2 all the time. I also have almost 1000Gph of filtration on my 72G tank, and it isn't overstocked at all. Also, this guy who is selling it has no bad reviews with all super great reviews on aquabid and ebay. So should I buy them?

thanks

What other top-mid dwelling schooling fish should I get???

thanks

I just came back from the LFS with a 2.5" clown pleco, 2 albino long fin corydoras, and 10 harlequin rasboras. I am getting 10 more harlequin rasboras in 2 weeks. :)

All I have left to buy now is 24 Cardinal Tetras. :)

Should I buy green neon tetras or cardinal tetras. I am thinking as they are the same price on aquabid. What should I do???
I am skipping the dwarf neon rainbowfish as they get almost 3 inches long and will overstock my tank once they grow so instead I'll get a group of ??? tetras/rasboras.

Should I mix the cardinal tetras with the green neon tetras.

Also got some huge stems of rotala indica, I got 2 types and 1 large hornwort. 3 whole big plants for $13.00!!!
The largest rotala stem was like 16" tall already.
:)

I have some more pics with the rasboras and the new plants in. :)
I am getting 10 more harlequin rasboras next week so the school looks even better.

PICS:D

Thanks:)

I am getting 24 cardinals for this tank. It will look amazing. And I'll also up the numbers of the harlequins to 20 total. Then I will probably get 20 of some type of tetra/rasbora.

Yeah

2 pairs of rams
1 pair angels
24 cardinals
20 harlequins
20 ??? tetra/rasbora

BUT I could get 24 green neon tetras instead of the cardinal tetras as the green neon tetras stay very small and their max size is 1" while the cardinals get up to 2".

Would that work, or are Green Neons way to hard to keep???

Some websites say that green neons need a Ph of 3.5-4, is this true???
Some other websites say the green neons can adapt to a variety of water conditions with 7 being the max.

Right now, my Ph is ~6.4-6.8

thanks
