Stroke Survivor '05
This is my first attempt at making an aesthetic tank. Mostly I just stick things in wherever there is room so this time I took time to plan it out. The idea is to keep it as open as possible and still have (undemanding) plants. I don't think I did too bad for first attempt!

This is actually my first time at trying to make my brain function in trying to envision an abstract idea and make it into something tangible. It took me about a month to come up with this layout. I think all things considered, it came out well.

It looks good! I'd second the notion to trim some of the sword's lower leaves. The two anubias are a bit symmetrically placed... may look better attached to some vertical driftwood... I love the sand!

Ummmm, there are 5 anubias in there so I have no idea which 2 you are referring to.

The sand is HTH brown pool sand. Under the lights it looks almost white!

Looking good. As the plants grow in, under your loving care, it will only come closer to perfection.
