so i traded this tank with my sisters all glass aquarium, i resealed that and tomorrow it should be at 72 hours and i will fill it. thank you for all the help

should i wait the 48 hours the silicon recommends and fill or should i wait intill i cannot smell any viniger and then wait some more. i used a whole tube "gun size" of silicon. its been 48 i can smell the smallest bit of viniger but you really have to concentrate to smell it, all the silicon on the edges are hard, the only ones that are just a tad shmushy if you will, are the corners where i goobed the silicon up to make sure a good seal.
seams that everything i read say i should be safe after 48 to 72, but then every 4 or 5 post i will see that i should wait 7-10 days. what do you think, the thickness seams to be factory on the sides, but the bottom corners i went a little thick, we will say at most 1/4" thick
sounds good, its been almost 72 and the silicon feels a little sponge in the corners but no where else
