Got the new hoods, and have the light up and running. Here are some updated pics.

I am thinking about add some catfish to the tank, I was thinking Synodontis, or pictus cats. What do you guys and gals think?
Looking good man, most people advise against bottom dwellers in African set-ups, they have a tendancy to pick out their eyeballs.
I just loaded my 75 gallon up with cichlids and syno petricola from Bluegrass Aquatics. The fish arrived next day all in good shape. It has been a week and all is well. You may want to cycle your tank first to avoid any issues.
I am moving from a 55g to this one. That and have 5 filters that I can pull media from to jump start with tank, Which i have already started seeding the new filter with.
Either the Syno Petricola's or Syno Multipunctatus are a good choice but i wouldn't do less than 5 of them they tend to be happier in a colony.. Plus they are great fry control..
