90g w/stand - For Trade - Sperryville, VA - PU

I have a 90 gallon 4ft standard tank. Has a 3 door oak stand & 4-5in deep tan sand. Up and running now, is a freshwater tank.

I want to trade it for a 75 gallon tank. Must have a stand for it + $30[willing to take cans of white interior/exterior paint instead of the $]

You will have to pick it up and deliver the 75. I don't have a truck. PM me!

A 90 is the same footprint of a 75. The only difference is that the 90 is taller. You would be gaining nothing and losing 15 gallons of water.

Would be less weight so it could be in the main house and not out on the concrete deck.
nvm, guess I'm stuck with this stupid thing..

8lbs a gallon for water x 15 gallons = 120 lbs. Allowing for less glass - 150lbs difference. Sorry I can't find my chart right now to give you a more accurate number.

Having a 75 and a 90, I prefer the 90. I like the extra height.

I hate the height, takes forever for the plants to get tall enough and then its just too deep to easily move around plants. I do it while the tank is full, no lowering the water or w/e others do.
Ugh, now I'm mad that I deleted the post...I'ma contact a mod...sorry.
75g still wanted, easier to deal with, so if you have one, PM me please!

You're right about hard to move things once it's in. That's why I keep Oscars in them. They don't like decor, bad enough they keep moving the driftwood around, plants would never stand a chance.

I have an amazon sword that would just about fill that 90 to the top. It's gotten too big for the 75 and I intend to let it grow emersed.

That's awesome. I have just 1 sword starting to get real tall in the 90g. Its got a long stem out with lots of plantlets, more leaves on the mother plant than I can count.

Thanks.
Wondering if anyone has a 4ftx2ftx1ft tank for me...or even more length & width, just no more height.
I've sold the Angels, so no longer need really any height what so ever...
