A break in the shade!

Reminds me of a funny story!! One time a whole bunch of us were over at my friend Jon's house. We're sitting watching the playoffs and Andrew points to this plant near the t.v. and asks Jon, "Um... what's the deal with this plant?" So we all look and it's this huge (4 feet tall) pot leafed plant made up silk!! And Jon gets all embarassed and he says, "My mom bought it one day, and I don't think she has any idea of what it is supposed to be and I don't have the heart to tell her." !!! So Andrew goes upstairs and brings Jon's mom downstairs and he says to her, "Wow, I really like this plant. What is it?" And she responds, "Oh, it's fake, I really like it, I bought it at this flea market for really cheap, I can't believe no one snatched it up!" So Andrew says, "Uh... you know it's a marijuana plant, right??" And she looks SO SHOCKED, and she turns so red (:o ), and she goes, "OMG! IT IS!" And she grabs the plant and hides it in the garage!

HEEHEHEE!!

ha, at first i thought you were going to say it was a real one...now that would be a suprise. my mom wouldnt even notice that either. i dont know what kind it is...but my neighbor has a tree in his yard that has 7 leafed leaves (? does that make sense ?) looks just like it...as far as the leaves go.

anyway.....:)
 
Actually, my boyfriend's uncle had a 7ft marijuana plant growing in his yard in BC and didn't even know about it until he finally decided to do some gardening!!
 
Hey see who saids real plants are better than fake ones! Lets see anyone have a real plant in their tank that has a leaf like that! Hahaha.... but to be honest the 'thought' never crossed my mind when I got it.

Maybe that's why all my fishes tend to hide in among those leaves. They don't like me real plants :(
 
hey, just noticed you were from Australia. I had a friend spend a few weeks in Melborne i believe it was. Said it was awesome! I have been wanting to ask someone from there a question to see if this is true. He said you had "drinking sections", similar to smokeing sections here i guess. is this true? sounds pretty cool.:D
 
Now since I'm a bit 'slow' with the leaves.....

You mean in restaurants? That's just in some pub style restaurants they have a bar area for you to have a drink. Is that what your friend is referring to?

Maybe I should loose those leaves... Making me sloooow....

nah, not like a section of a restaurant that has a bar. i dont really know what he was talking about. now that i think about it a little more...that sounds kinda weird. i'll ask him and get back to you

*well, i just called him and got to talking about something else and forgot to ask him. ha, oh well. i dont know about me sometimes.*
