Great shots, esp. love the macros! Is that an indigo bunting I see in a couple of the pics? So lucky! I haven't seen one up close and they supposedly inhabit certain parts of GA. If I may ask, where is it you work?

Great flowers!

As always, your snaps make me want to come live with you! Beautiful blue bird -- what is it?

I work for the military doing different aspects warfare training. The training areas are pretty quiet before training starts.

That is an indigo bunting in the trees in two pics, in the one pic showing the field it's an eastern bluebird.

Oh oh! I like this game. The blue bird is definitely an indigo bunting. Only other bird in AL that looks like that is the blue grosbeak, and it has a super deep bill.
The bird in the field looks like an Eastern towhee, although I had to pull the picture and zoom it to be sure.
Some GREAT shots in there, as always, Capt!

great shots!!!!

now, your title says shots 'from work' is that your work environment? because if so, i am jealous

Most of the training areas where I work are surrounded by swamp lands soo I'm lucky with what i get to see, granted, the heat humidity, mosquito, black flies, and ticks are a drawback....

You were right with your first guess of being the blue grossbeak for the second bird (one in the field) not the best pic to id it though
