My ammonia is below .25, and my nitrites and nitrates are 0. The fish did just eat a little today. I changed the aquascape up and I will see what happens, but at this point they dont seem to care about the change, they are observing territories by the location in the tank.

Another thing to try is to leave the lights off for a few days. Or try to keep the tank somewhat dark.
And be gentle with the water changes, I usually siphon my water back from the bucket to tank.
I try not the feed my fish 4 to 6 hours before AND after water changes, as they can throw up.
