a good catfish

otocinlus catfish (ottos.) They stay really small (2" max) and like to be kept in groups. They dont eat plants, but they will eat algae like theres no tomorrow.

for a 30 gal DO NOT get a pictus, they need grops, are slightly aggressive and they need lots of space to move around + they get to be abot a foot long or more, upsidown catfish (unless im mistaken on how big they get) are good, they are not aggressive and all they need to be happy is a good hideingspot and some sinking pellets + some have funny personalities.
if u get a pleco DONT get a dirt or common pleco, if u have experience and driftwood get a nice one like a gold nugget if not id get a rubber lip or some other SMALL specific type of pleco, remember, most of these plecos are poop machines and more than overcompensate for whatever algie they eat. also most of the specific plecos like an established tank with driftwood

ps. limpico dont hijack some1 esle's thread, make ur own!
