With freight it would run about 70 dollars. That is a fair price. Just be sure the test stamp is new so you don't have to get it done for a couple of years.
if it was a date stamp that was close you could just trade it in at a welding place for a full one, no one has ever looked at the stamp date anywhere i went, which was good because the ultra cheap 20 i got off craigslist was expires
I always thought people used the tanks from local liquer stores, since they will replace the tank when the stamp expires. And the deposit is less then the price of a tank, and you get it back when you are tired of having a planted tank.
