A good site for DIY Backgrounds????

is there a site out there that shows a how to make a nice looking intank background. alot of the ones i see say "homemade" or "cement/styrofoam", but with nothing showing how to do it, or what materials to use.

I checked it out... pretty sweet lookin rock wall! But I must say the 'how to' instructions were a bit lacking.
