Since you have a dog named Caesar, it only makes sense to name the cat Pompeia, she was married to Julius Caesar after all....

or you could name the cat after a different type of salad, like chef, or macaroni, or even tuna..

I don't think you should take the stray you just found back to an irresponsible person across the street from you. If you and your family can't keep it, take it to an animal shelter (not pound) and give the shelter a donation of 20 or 30 bucks at least which would go towards getting the cat up to date on its vaccines and stuff. I hope you're wanting to have it neutered or spayed if you do keep it :) . I would keep it if I were you (if you can), looks like such a sweet cat!
