ya raise the water,,, my water is super oxygenated,, and its too the top,,, there is no noticeable differance in O2 pertaining to your water level,,, just need surface aggitation

Vallisneria can definitely stand up to rough current IME. Might make a nice barrier as well if placed by the output.
Ok, Im going to be out and about today. I think I might look for some Val and I did bring the water level way up and that seemed to help a little bit.
