Kevin:(

Your convict has been sexually mature since he was a 1" or slightly smaller fish, so that is not the cause of the aggression. It is not really uncommon for convicts to be aggressive. I have a 5" Pink convict male that will kill anything I put in with him. You will probably have to decide if you want to keep him or your other fish in that tank. You could keep an adult convict in a 20 gallon tank by himself or with a female partner. Good Luck.

you could try feeding more to keep him less aggressive and full, you also could put some target fish in, like giant danios (cheap and fast), or some rainbow fish (expensive, but beautiful)

run on

Although this is no help whatsoever, I think that was the longest run-on sentence ever! not to be annoying or anything, just commenting. thats the thread starters work, that is.
