Its weird that my lfs has had one for just about a year in the sand and they dont have mh. thats why they told me i could have it in mine. some web pages say only mh others say you can have them with pcs i dont have any friends that have an aquarium so im f****d. I have no option but to keep it and enjoy it while it lasts. im going on ebay to buy some plankton since the closest bu very far from being is phitoplex. Thanks

I've never seen anyone say they will thrive under PCs. MHs or T5s with indvidual reflectors yes. At the very least please place yours at the very top of your tank as close to the lights as you can. Even then I am doubtful it will do well. Sorry.
