I just break out the twin-tube epoxy when I need to make waterproof repairs. Sets up quick, dries clear, and will outlast whatever it's attached to.

I have had trouble in the past using the twine tube clear epoxy, always came apart. But that was 20 years ago I stopped using it, maybe the twin tube stuff they have now is way better.
I just like to try what I have on hand first to save money and because I end up with a bunch of adhesives that never used. In this case the Gorilla Glue & aluminum tape are working great strong and ridged as new, and the AC 110 been running without leaking for a few hours and fish are still alive LOL.
