Acclimating Fish.

one thing i just want to point here with drip acclimatising, is that its not something that has to be strict or specific, all your after is a constant slow drip rate, nothing more...

I completely agree, I was teasing before about the precision...it does make it easy to use what I do but the knot will give plenty control. It doesnt' have to be exact, just slow.

I have used the knot just fine but I think the acclimation kit is just one of those things that really confirms to others that you really are a fish nerd.

I just tied a basic not and set it at about 1 drip per second and increased it every 30 mins. I took 2 hours on the clowns and plan on doing it tomorrow when I get some more snails and maybe a tiny scooter blenny.

I'd hold off on the scooter blenny (a dragonette) until you have a great source of pods ready to keep up with it's appetite and need for them.
