Ace25's 75G Build Thread

Ace, tank looks absolutely wonderful!

Leopard Wrasse's are nice, eh? I have a Bipartitus and an Ornate and have been waiting for 6 months to get a Potter's Leopard.

Nice Ace, those diagrams are great for showing the flow patterns. Question - you think a Sequence Dart would be too much to run a CL on a 120? I'm thinking one 2" intake to the pump and four 1" returns

Here are 3 new corals I picked up today. I think this makes my ORA list to 11 now. ;) These pics taken just 20 mins after putting in the tank, I am sure in a few days the polyps will all be out in full bloom.

ORA Rose Millepora (hard to get good pics of milles because they are fuzzy and the camera cant focus with the movement)

Ace, did you say you took the SCWD completely out of your closed loop system?

Ace, did you say you took the SCWD completely out of your closed loop system?

On the closed loop I removed the SCWD I had for that because it was too restricting, and too loud. I could only place the SCWD on the closed loop just above the pump, and that much pressure made the SCWD knock really loudly due to too much pressure/flow. So I just T'd off the closed loop line in place of the SCWD.
.

Ace, How did you determine where your holes would be drilled in your tank? Also, where can I find that overflow screen you have?

Quick pick of my temp setup while I have my tank out getting repaired. This is a 72G bowfront I borrowed from a local reefclub member for my fish and rocks and a 29G for my corals.
