Ace25's 75G Build Thread

Im honestly considering only doing rarer zoas SPS and my green polyp leather in this new tank of mine.. starting with that big green one you got in there cause i love that thing.. i take it its the slimer? i dk why but i really like how big and twisted it gets.. i used to not even like SPS but seeing your tank really makes me like them more.

Heck... for the first 7 years of having a reef tank even I didn't like SPS corals. Then you get a fellow reefer to give you a free frag to try out ... and its like crack from that point on.. your hooked. :D

I'm sticking with easy stuff for now, but ....some day will give SPS a go. I can't believe you have to trim/prune regularly, it grows that fast?

I doubt I will make it to RAP this year. Bad timing for me since I will be moving and October is going to be very hectic month for me. It is going to be cutting it close just for me to be ready for the December frag show.

Start fragging now...I shouldnt say this but make some frags now so you will have some backups in case you have some moving issues(not that you would but just for insurance). You still want the B-Ionic I promised you? I'm going to be in Solvang tonight.

Here are your frags Scootrnerd. ;) Be going out in the morning.. Zoas are closed up because I just fragged them, but I put in some eagle eyes, tubbs blues, and blue camo.

Back Row left to right in first picture:
ATL Pink Polyp Monti Cap, Sunset Monti, ORA Hyacinth Birdsnest, Superman Monti, another Pink Polyp Cap, Camo zoas, Eagle Eye zoas, Tubbs Blue zoas, and ORA Duncan.

Front row left to right:
Orange Digi monti, ORA Red Planet, Christmas Acro, green psammocora, another Hyacinth Birdsnest, and an orange (pumpkin) montipora.

Then the Green slimer frags in the last pic.

Ace, thanks again for the corals! Just got done acclimating, dipping and rearranging to make room for the new additions. Hope you don't have to go thru all that salt too quickly. Seen that tank in person many times now, but it always impresses me like I'm seeing it for the first time.

Yup, Scootrnerd is definitely getting some choice pieces from that packed frag rack.

Check this out...I just realized my hang-on-back fuge I bought on eBay back in February is from Scootrnerd. Small world!

Here's the feedback I got from that purchase:

It's gotta be something with the Green Slimer chain! We're strung together with strings of slime, LOL. Sliming all the way out to the SE coast (FL), and soon oozing down to the gulf (my brother in TX)!!! :D
