acrylic bonding agents

building an acrylic overflow has proved somewhat difficult with the lack of proper solvents. I've heard about ISP (IPS, PSI, SPI, whatever it is) weld-on #3,4, and 16 for welding acrylic together, but I can't find it anywhere. what types of acrylic bonders do you guys use to construct sumps and overflows and whatnot? and where can I get the stuff?

I use weld-on #3 for bonding acrylic with smooth edges together. I got mine from tap plastics.
