Acrylic, how best to remove scratches

60 gal aquarium, now that I have it all empty no water I can see very fine scratches, all over... what is best to use, I see the clear life acrylic aquarium scratch removal kit but is there something I can use other than that since it is not one scratch but several very fine, I was told micro gloss can work, is that something you can buy in town like at home depot or lfs.
 
It is a very good, I didn't think it would work as well as I was told but it removed all the scratches, the somewhat cloudy look, was gone and it and has the clarity it once did when I bought it.
