O's are very personable, and smart mine know the difference between me and my wife. If I come near there tank they come to the front "wagging" there tails (i'm the one that feeds them). If my wife walks by they just carry on
oh i know. we both feed them and what not but if someone else tries and hand feed them they are very skeptical. when i'm by the tank i'll put my finger on the glass and the white oscar will rub the glass when my finger is. like i'm petting him. it's kinda funny. but our oscars aren't the only ones that are so personal. i have a male betta in our 29 gal communtiy tank and i'll hand feed him and actually put him. he loves it. same with our pattle tailed newt. it's amazing home animals of all sorts can have such human emotions. it's crazy to think that some people just don't understand that.
oh no!!!!!! they can't do that! eventually they will loose all of them. they will either die of disease or something! oh i feel sooooo bad for them. i would call the animal place again and harass them some more. fish are just as much pets as dogs and cats. they need to do something.
