This instead uses a smaller CO2 cartidge that last up to 2 months depending on bpm rate. also to note that the cartidges are sented with regional aromas. Currently comes with a FOREST cartridge that I was using on an old planted dart frog tank...would say has about 1/2 a cartridge left. Decompression function/ 0.3 (+-0.1) MPa
