adding filter floss

Do you guys think adding filter floss would help stop a bacterial bloom>? My tank has been blooming for probably 3 weeks now and im really losing my patience as to why it keeps going. :help: I currently run an AC30 HOB filter on my 10 gal tank. I was thinking maybe the sponges in the filter arent trapping enough of the bacteria. I have two sponges in it with the biomax balls on top. Any input is greatly appreciated!

try it, couldnt hurt. For me it took LOTS of water changes

If you just set up your tank just calm down. My 75 went crazy for a few weeks too. Patience is what keeping fish is all about!
