Adding to my 30gal tropical community tank

Ok, so i'm planning on increasing the stock of my 40gal tropical community tank. Current inhabitants are:

*1 large female molly
*4-5 smaller female mollies
*20 or so molly fry of unknown sex
*4 black skirt tetras
*1 albino cory
*1 minnow
*2 guppies

Here was what i wanted to add, but im not 100% sure on what will be okay in a tank this size and with the current inhabitants.

*1 Praecox Rainbow
*4 more albino corys
*some kind of gourimi, maybe pear or sparkling
*4-6 harlequin rasbora
*8-10 neon tetras
*Platy-maybe
*Swordtai-maybe
*3-4 Blue Mickey Mouse Platy
*3-4 Long Fin White Cloud

Current filtration is a wisperX20 and will be adding or switching in a wisperX45.

Tank is lightly planted, for now, and has some driftwood, may add more. Also has some larger rocks at the bottom, may be removing those.

So, what on that list is okay to get, and what on that list is not okay to get. And if you have anything you may want to add to the list, feel free to do so. Any advice is welcome, as long as it is polite.

Just 1, at most 2 of the groups. I know that adding all of these is a dumb idea. Def the corys, still thinkin on the neons or rasbora. The rest are no longer on my list

OK first your FILTERS

The EX20 up to 20gals 110gph
The EX45 up to 45gals 240gph

Now it is always WISE to run atleast DOUBLE the tank size for filtration


Suggestion: If you want to keep more than 1 Molly, minimum recommend male to female ratio is 1:2 (M:F). You will be less likely to experience problem if you get even more females.
Warning: Black Skirt Tetra will likely to fin nip Guppy. Try increasing the number to 6.
Suggestion: If you want to keep more than 1 Guppy, minimum recommend male to female ratio is 1:2 (M:F). You will be less likely to experience problem if you get even more females.
Warning: At least 5 x White Cloud Mountain Minnow are recommended in a group.
Warning: At least 5 x Black Skirt Tetra are recommended in a group.
Warning: At least 4 x Albino Cory are recommended in a group.

he said he wanted to add the second group of * items. To me that meant every line with a * on it. obviously it wasn't CLEAR to me.

I would definitely add to the cory group. And yes i second the opinion to increase your filtration before adding anything at all. AqAdvisor is handy for calculating filtration and fish size ratio to tank size, however I don't believe that you need to follow all of the shoal size recommendations. IME most fish will do fine in smaller groups as long as they aren't bullied by other tank inhabitants.
