adding vitamins

how would someone add vitamins to frozen food to feed to a medium sized cichlid? :dance2:

Personally I wouldn't. I would feed pellets as its main diet and feed frozen food as an occasional treat.

You could try feeding Marine One brand frozen food. has a nice mix of different types of food, and has vitamins in it already, but then again, so do all the pellet foods. A good staple dry food, and a variety of frozen foods is the key.
