Advice needed(major Drama)

Yeah I was most impressed with the customer service from juwel,as the tank was out of warranty.
I will sort out some pictures later now that it has some water in it at last.
 
did you have to pay for this? i have had a few faults with my juwel tank over the last 6 months...nothing major at all but i never considered calling there customer support! again mine was a second hand tank.
 
I would certainly consider giving them a call,even if they cant help you FOC they will sell you the bits or there uk distributer will.
Just tell them you have had the tank from new and be polite and I am sure they will try and help you out.
 
As promised here are a couple of pics of the repaired tank.
You can see in the picture when it was filling you can see the braces at the top that were replaced.Ther was originally two braces but I replaced it with three and it is now fine.
And the other picture is how it look now.
