In the next 2weeks i will be up grading my 29 & 17gallon tanks into a 55gallon tank

history

The 29 gallon i have had running 13months i have a few different soft corals star polyps, mushrooms, polyp leather with
20 kgs of live rock &
2 clowns
yellow goby
fire fish
coral beauty
scooter blenny

a sexy shrimp
cleaner shrimp
hermit crabs
turbo snails

the 17gallon i have had running for 5months had 3 fish in there but now i`ve returned them all to the lfs so there is now a few mushrooms &
9kgs of live rock & hermits

my plan is to add 30ltrs of fresh salted water to the same salt level & temp as the 17gallon tank then add 75% of the water out of the 17gallon along with all rock coral crabs & sand let the tank settle for two days
then
syphon out as much sand out of the front of the 29gallon tank then add that to the 55gallon tank then leave to settle again for a day
now i`ll add another 20ltrs of fresh salted water to the 55gallon
then do a 10ltr water change on the 29gallon & add the old water to the 55gallon & also add a few kgs of live rock out of the 29 gallon then leave another night.
then i will get the 55gallon to the same salt, temp level as the 29gallon leave over night again.....
now
get most of the live rock over to the 55gallon so its nice & clear to catch fish shrimps etc leave a few hours then move corals over then leave till morning & remove more water from the 29gallon to the 55gallon & remove the fish to the 55gallon

is this the plan to use or have you got any tips & advice to give me i wanna get it rite & loose nothing.....

i`ve now done the up grade / move went ok its 24hrs now & all seems well went alot smoother than i thought so now i just have a single 55gallon tank live rock is a mess just plonked it in but planning a build most likely start over the next 24 hrs not easy when you have corals shrimps fish around lol
