What does aerobic oxygen do? It says, "for purification of water, kills anaerobic bacteria" what does that mean?

Aerobic usually means needing oxygen to live, anerobic bacteria dont require oxygen to live. If its a product its probably nonsense as the substrate can be kept from becomming anerobic by vacuuming or plant roots.

aerobic oxygen? sounds like snake oil to me.

agreed
