I have an Albino ACF who is like shedding a slimy layer once every week or so. Is this normal? He uses his front legs to peel it off and he eats it. Really weird

I have never seen mine doing this,although, Im sure he has, but it is perfectly normal to shed their skin as they outgrown the old. They shed more often when young and maybe once monthly when older. The old skin is said to be very nutritious for them and full of protein.
