does anyone know if either 2 cories that are 1 inch long will eat guppy fry? or will 3 african dwarf frogs eat the fry also? i heard the african dwarf frogs like live food like black worms and blood worms, and frozen brine shrimp, and frozen blood worms too
i have the 2 pregnant guppies and 2 cories in a 10 gallon tank, and am thinking about having like 3 african dwarf frogs in there too.
any problems or questions?
i also have a 29 gallon tank with a crayfish, 2 small comet goldfish, 2 mollies, one small CAE and one pleco and the male fancy guppy. should the frogs go in there or will the goldfish rob their food and/or the crayfish eat the frogs?

The stronger guppy fry will be the ones that survive the frogs. They might pick off some. I don't kee frogs with my breeding fish though. I need the money too much. Also if you have pregnent guppies in the 10gal and the cories then you are going to have alot more fish soon and no room in there for the frogs. As for the goldfish, they are cool water fish and your frogs need warm water so, no, not a good mix. I also think the crayfish would not mix well with the little frogs.

Dont put ADF's in with crayfish.

As for the fry - yes, the dwarf frogs might eat them.

Dwarf frogs should be fed specifically, also. They are not scavengers...so whatever situation they are in, care should be taken to ensure that they are getting their food.

The cories might not get along with the ADFs. Cories tend to be kind of spastic and frogs like things a little quieter and less "busy." Plus, an ADF's eyesight isn't the greatest and if a cory is sitting there - the frog might mistakenly take a bite at them. I dont think it would do any damage (and the frog surely cannot eat a big fat cory) but I'm sure the cories would mind. Its kind of a crap shoot. MY guess is that they'd be okay together - but it is a risk.
