African dwarf frog. Ich

I have read that frogs can get ich. But I found some white spots on my frog I'm not sure if that's just his coloring or if it's a disease

Looks like colouring to me. Is he/ she active?
Water parameters?

Ich can only infect fish, the parasite is unique to them.

The skin texture seems normal to me. Check out this article someone wrote on the forum a while back. http://www.aquariacentral.com/forums/threads/extensive-african-dwarf-frog-article-revised.37172/
It appears there is a species that has more "wart like" bumps on their skin than another.

I agree with Tiff, ICH is a fish disease. The frog can carry it, but will not effect them.

I wouldn't worry at all! I have had a African Clawed frog ever since she was the size of the tip of a pencil. Now she is 9-years-old and is now living in a 10 gallon tank.
