African Dwarf Frog Permit in NJ

you don't have to understand it, you just have to do what they say.
 
I live in N.J. This state's government is a like bunch of big brother, nazi, communist, all ruling and ruining your life thugs. They do not care about the frogs man. They just want your money to spend on worthless big government programs that don't help anyone except politicians get elected. Whew! Think i'm frustrated here. my car insurance is out of the roof.

Why so many pointless rules in NJ? You got me! I moved back to NJ last year and i'm moving back outta here next year!!!

HAHAHAHA I couldnt agree with you more... but I'm getting to the bottom of this and going to find out why a permit is needed to own a frog
 
It's basically good intent meets poor information and becomes bad practice. About 95% of legislation is like this...hehe
