African Dwarf Frog with Bloat :(

I have an African Dwarf Frog with bloat So sad. He has gotten hugely swolen over the past couple days. I did some research and he looks just like the photos of frogs with bloat. Does anyone know the cause or how to treat? Should I euthanize? I also have a gourami with a swollen side. I am not sure if the two are related. Water parameters are good(0,0,20) and everyone else in the 55g looks really healthy. I don't know what to do...

Thank you so much for responding...it doesn't look good. I have had my frogs for a couple years and just love them. I just can't bare to see him suffering. He quit eating and is starting to have trouble getting around
