agression

hi all
just bought a firefish & hammer head coral last night...acclimated and both r u fine...
although i am seeing some agression issues between royal gramma and firefish...currently firefish is hiding somewhere inside the rocks...any ideas on how to reduce this agression?

another Q. my toadstool's stem has shurnk a lot and is curved the head seems to be ok as i can see small tentacles come out. anyway i can make the stem straight or is this normal? any help is appreciated.
