mollies can be aggressive , usually there is one that comes out on top and they dominate the tank , it used be a male but when he died not long ago his mate took over that position .
fry are the same way , i always get 3 that grow faster than the rest , when i remove them then another 3 grow big , and so on and so on .
if you have green algae in the tank the aggression dies down , i guess its all a food thing .
