Hmmm...redid the scape again...still not completely happy with either. Think I'm going to the local landscape supply store for some different rocks (thinking some basalt or just more grey slate and take out the big ones on top of the driftwood). Also thinking of replacing the light colored rocks in the other tank for darker rocks for better contrast. We'll see...don't think I'm ever happy with them...

its a little unclear to me if that is a before/after pic of the same tank or not but the frst pic is amazing like something i would see in a zoo.

Oh, haha...no, these are two different tanks I have...*edited* before/after pics. I'm going for a rocky/driftwood look in the 40gallon breeder with few plants here and there. The 29 gallon still undecided on hardscape, but just has simple Amazon Swords/Crypts/Hornwort/Java Moss for now. *SIGH* One day I'll settle...we'll see...

I'm loving the new look of the 40g. Nice work.. I always get the itch to move things around in my tanks.. We'll never be happy!

Ok...like I said, I was still kinda unhappy with the rescape...so I went to the local landscaping supply store...got some Mexican river rock...very smooth and dark colored. Much more caves now too...
