Yeah, the info on the page is pretty distorted. That specimen is Polypterus senegalus and can be obtained for about $15. Max size will likely be about 10" as the albino variant does not get as large as the regular one. It can be housed in a 29g tank, so his estimate of 75g is way off.

Eh, not next to nothing. Most of the big chain stores only carry regular P. senegalus. You can still find one for 1/3 to 1/2 of his asking price though.
