Yeah, um, not big enough for corys IMHO. Even the pygmy species are quite active and would feel cramped in that small of space.

I've only had pigmy cories for a few days now, but from watching them, I agree that 6 gallons is probably too small even for them.
Wow, it's great to see that this thread is still alive. Thanks all for the great advice. I know 6g is way too small for those guys, but still can't help but thinking everyday. I've been looking into upgrading to 20g and still searching for craigslist. (It pretty much became my morning routine). I hope I will find some good deal soon.

I just received a shipment from Redkahuna - I just love my albino corys!! 13 little babes now scurry the bottom of my 20gal with 2 large fat mommas & 1 medium. Red is the best supplier - only 25cents a pc. but you have to pay for shipping - unless you're lucky enough to live near him in MD. Petsmart by me charges $2.99 for smalls & $3.99 for medium smalls - albino, bronze, greens, peppers. Tho my cost with shipping came out to $1.50 ea. they are far superior in quality, looks, health, energy, cuteness than LFS!

I wish I can pick one up with 60 bucks, but I paid 60 for my 6g. I look into pretty much everywhere and a brand new 10-12g kit costs around 120-140. 20g costs twice of that price. If you know where I can buy 20g for 60 bucks, please let me know.
