Hello, I recently purchased 4 albino cory cats to go in my 10 gal fishtank with my male betta. They get along great. However today I came home today to a translucent film on my tank, at first I thought was algae, but I looked closely and it almost looks as if it could be eggs? Buy my corys were just purchased, and they're not much more then 3/4" long. How long until they can reproduce? Because Im looking at some of the corys, and it almost looks as if I can see through them because they are so light colored. I look at their stomach area and I cannot tell if I can see their intestines and poops, or if its eggs. I have some photos here. They are all acting fine, and get along great with my betta. So I guess my questions are: Is that cory's tummy dark colored and almost 'bloated' looking because of poop or eggs? Is it possible they have already reach sexual maturity and its possible they are spawning? In the photo of my thermometer, is that eggs that could be everywhere, or is it bacteria? Any suggestions? Thanks a lot!
