Are ALL these fish in the SAME tank??????
If so, good luck with that because I fear you're in for some trouble. The 2 Oscars could live in the 100g together but adding all those extra fish ... yikes! I know you're saying they aren't fully grown yet but they will be soon and that's quite a bit of fish (some quite aggressive in fact) to be living together.
As some have already stated, the size difference will be a big problem I think. If possible try and grow out the smaller albino Oscar to a closer size (like within and inch or so) to the other. Then there would be less picking on I think. Also, if all these fish are together you may want to rethink your tank. You could probably keep the 2 Oscars and the Jack in the same tank. The African shouldn't be in there with them and I can't remember what else you had in there but I'd think of starting another tank or 2 (or whatever) to keep compatable fish together and that will lessen stress on all of them.
