algae eating snails

do u sell any good algae eating shrimp msjinkzd?????

All shrimp will pick at algae as they are omnivorous, amanos are the best for actual algae eating. i don't carry them right now, but mgamer20o0 does.

what are the best for a 10gal. with zebra danios and i want to be able to see them so like atleast 1in. or bigger and how many could i keep?????

would some rcs work or would they be too small?????

also i have a light colored gravel does that make a difference????

If you are looking for algae eating, amano are best. They are slightly larger than neocaridna (cherry, snowball, yellow, blue pearl, etc) but do not reproduce in fw.

sounds good but what are the water primeters needed for amano?????

i have light gravel will that make a difference????

thanks!!

ph 6.8-7.2
hardness <50ppm
kh 270
nitrate 10

If you plan to do snails, I'd at least increase the pH a bit to avoid shell erosion. Use crushed corals or oyster shells by placing them in your filter. You can dose liquid calcium or supplement your snails with calcium enriched foods.

ive been using RO water. our city water is really bad......ph 8.4, hardness more than 280ppm:eek3:!!! and a lot of other weird stuff but i will use 2gal. of that next water change to get all that back up a little bit!!!

any other info on shrimp????? i would like to try them but i know verry little about them!!

thanks!!!
