How do you determine if a non-aquarium product is safe for aquarium use? I would never have even dreamed of using Magic Eraser for my aquarium stuff if I didn't come across this thread...
I look to see if it has any chemicals or surfactants or scents added, specifically things to prevent mildew/mold, etc.
