I liked the flow and look the algae had but i really like the new setup even more.

The kraken (betta) would definitely agree with the algae supporters. He was all about hiding in the forest of hair. He has taken up residence under the brontosaurus (the drift wood) now tho and seems to love that.

The algae had a certain charm to it, but it grows on the glass too which meant every day we would have a wall of green that would cloud the water when removed. I'm sure that's not great for the fish. That's what really spurred the change. Thanks for the complements.
