how do u absolutly get rid of algea so it never comes back. we have to put in p clear on a regular bases and are tired of it

stop putting in p clear. just less chemical your fish don't have to put up with. The only way you can get rid of algae completely is to dump bleach in the tank(and this will kill your fish), so your gonna have to put up with it.
What sort of lighting do you have? The tank isn't in direct sun, is it? How often do you change the water? Do you have live plants in the tank at all?
I checked your tank pictures as well...the tank looks clear in those with no algae problem. A little algae is completely normal and there isn't much to be done for it unfortunately.

you don't. the algae cells are in your drinking water and there will always be potential for them to proliferate in a heated glass box with light and nutrients.
algae is always the result of excess nutrients and excessive light. nutrients can be phosphate or nitrates or both and in turn, are due to excessive feeding and/or insufficient water changes. additionally, phosphate 'can' come in with your tap water or the type of carbon you may be using (a great many of the available carbons on the market contain phosphate).
light can be a function of ambient (a tank too near a window) or tank lights on too long during the day.
try removing any carbon you may be using or switch to Marineland carbon which is phosphate free. note that many available carbons say they are phosphate free but in fact are not.
increase your water changes to weekly and vacuum the gravel concurrently.
finally, cut down on feedings to that amount which the fish can consume in about 2 minutes ... with none of it hitting the gravel. this means dispersing it gradually rather than just dumping in some food.
I looked at your tank pics, theres almost no algae in you tanK,but you've got bigger problems than that, the common pleco I know for sure, and probably some stocking issues as well(this happens any time you've got a fish that gets to big for your tank). please list all the fish in your tank and how big the tank is.
that has been the aquarists problem ever since this hobby was started.

ill tell you something, buy a lot of plants to suck all the nutrients and inject c02 and have strong light, metal halide is good, then your plants will be strong and there would be no time for algae to grow. but there is no absolute way to be algae free, unless you have a tank with no water.
