Algone works!

I have been using algone for three weeks now replacing the packets every week and the tanks I have used algone on have lesser (Mildly ) Nitrates. But the shocker is I have no algae what so ever:dance:

Highly reccomend it!

I've seen it but never tried it, I figured it was snake oil. Thanks for trying it.

Believe me it works. When I opened up the used packet it was fulll of brown algae and now my algae is getting cleared up and nitrates are being slowly reduced.

Is your tank planted? My nitrates are usually around 20ppm, until wc time.

If I am not mistaking it will also kill inverts.

Its not a planted tank but all three of my tanks im using it on had (Yes HAD) brown algae problems now its like this on every tank

I've recently used eSHa 707 with success on BBA
